Magnolia liliflora
Magnolia ‘Jane’ is a hybrid of larger southern magnolias; it has been bred to a smaller form factor that is cold hardy. In northern wetter climates it does well with just fertilizing every few years. The flowers are reddish purple and can rebloom in mid-summer.
