Welcome John Bowsky!

We would like to welcome John Bowsky our newest Sanilac County Michigan Agriculture Environmental Assurance Program (MAEAP) technician. John has taken over the reins in January 2021 from retired Technician Tom Hanselman.  Not new to the Blue Water Conservation District, John started his role in the summer of 2019 as a Farm Bill Technician that assisted NRCS along with Blue Water Conservation District.  John brings his extensive knowledge of agriculture along with being very active with the Sanilac County farming community, serving as Sanilac County Farm Bureau Board of Director, and Sanilac County 4-H livestock programs along with many other community involvements.  John is a 4th generation farmer who farms alongside with his family on Bowsky Farms where they raise soybeans and wheat.
